Purchases

Our products are sold through Etsy. Orders, payments, shipping and returns are covered by our Etsy shop policies and by Etsy's terms. Every item is made to order; if your item arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty, message us within 30 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.

Our designs and content

The designs, images, music, videos and text on this site and our channels belong to Nightwick Studio. You may share links to them, but you may not copy, resell or reproduce them without our written permission.

Guild Hall

Guild Hall is our private internal tool. It is not offered to the public, and only Nightwick Studio may use it.

No warranty

This site is provided "as is". We try to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be either.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Nightwick Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
